Greenish yellow of medium intensity. Aromatic wine reminiscent of white flowers and ripe fruits such as pear and white peach, very persistent. Fresh with citrus notes. Well balanced, with a persistent floral finish. Pairs well with Greek salad, olives and cheese ravioli.
Description
Grapes are handpicked. Macerated and fermented with selected yeasts. Matured in stainless steek tanks.
