Tussock Jumper Sweet Cat

Deep ruby-red colour, Notes of cherry jam, red currant, raspberry. Soft and velvety with a long and fruity finish. Blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Corvina. I am best matched with Asian foods, fruit salads and ice cream.

My three grape varieties are vinified in separate tanks. The maceration process, with skins, lasts for 10 to 12 days, and during the fermentation process pump overs and punch downs are performed daily. Maturation takes place in used large and medium barrels for 4 months. Afterwards the wines are subtly blended and prepared for bottling.
