Bright carnation pink color. Lightly pearly. Youthful with pronounced fruit and floral reminiscent of sweet orange blossom and strawberry. Sweet lusciousness and refreshing airy bubbles. Best matched with salads, fruits and desserts.

My small grapes are hand-picked at the optimum stage of ripeness from late August to mid-September. They give forth a more concentrated juice as well as more concentrated aromas extracted from the skin. The soil content is mostly made up of limestone.
