Ruby red color. Black and red fruit flavors with hints of tobacco. Round with soft tannins. Well balanced acidity with sweet cherries and blackberry notes. Best matched with spicy Mediterranean food, kebabs, fresh hummus and grilled poultry.

I grow-up under the influence of the Andes Mountains is felt by the cool nights that set in and allow for a day to night difference of up to 20 °C (68°F), ideal for fruit concentration in the grape.
