Glittering blueberry color. Aromas of jammy black fruits with spicy notes. It is powerful on the attack, dense, fruity with robust tannins. A wine which quality will improve with time. Serve with grilled meat, lamb stew and cheese.

Soil composition of schist, limestone and sandstone. Fermented at a temperature of 28-30°C. 100% malolactic fermentation with no oak cask aging.
