Description
The grapes are harvested only after having achieved the perfect ripeness and are then softly pressed and macerated in
stainless steel for about 7 days. Fermentation temperature is kept low to preserve all the fruit aromas. The wine is then
aged for several month and then in bottle for at least 2 months.
