Santa Rita Secret Reserve Red

A wine with violet color. The predominating aromas of red fruits such as plums, cherries, and raspberries and notes of vanilla. The lush palate is fresh and juicy with good depth and soft, ripe tannins.
It is an ideal wine to pair with game meat, turkey, pork and all kinds of pasta.

The harvest was carried out between the last week of April and the first week of May. The grapes were de-stemmed and crushed. During the fermentation, soft, mostly aerated pump-overs were carried out. The temperature fluctuated between 24 ° – 26 ° C and a post-fermentation maceration of 10 days. It was privileged preserving the varietal character and integration.
