Santa Julia Magna Corte


Deep red violet with blue hues. Very aromatic, with great presence of ripe red fruits typical of the variety and floral notes of violets. The aromas provided by the oak aging are integrated and manifest in ratings of snuff, leather and spices.
Silky entry. In the middle of the mouth stand firm and ripe tannins that give structure to the wine. Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Syrah. Serve with spicy curries and lasagne.

Harvested in plastic boxes during the last week of April. Classic fermentation with a cold pre-fermentation during 5 days with selected yeast between 25-27º C. Skin maceration for15 days with daily pigeage and delestage. Malolactic fermentation
Completed on tanks. Matured in French oak barrels for 10 months separately before the final blend.
