Santa Julia Dulce Natural

Elegant salmon color with fine and persistent bubbles. Fresh fruit aromas with strawberries, orange, pineapple and mango. Creamy and refreshing on the palate with good mouthfeel. Well balanced, clean and long finish. Serve as an aperitif or with light salads and poached shrimp. Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Malbec.

Grapes are hand picked during the first two weeks of March. Whole cluster pressing. Fermentation at 15/17°C for 10 days. Fermentation stopped by a cold shock of leaving a natural sweetness in the wine.
