SANTA JULIA COLECCION SYRAH-MALBEC

Deep purple red. Aromas of ripe fruits such as plums, berries and raspberries. Elegant flavor with good volume and persistent finish. Serve with grilled lamb and braised beef short ribs. Would pair well with rich, creamy dishes.

Syrah is harvested during the first week of March and Malbec during the fourth week. Classic vinification in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. Maceration on the skin for 10 days with daily reassembly and delestage.
