A very vivid, light cantaloupe colour, with an orange rim. Very fresh, loaded with tart red fruit aromas such as cherry, strawberry and blueberry, accompanied by a hint of herbs. Smooth, with fresh red fruit flavours alongside citrus-like acidity that makes the palate persistent. Tart cherry and strawberry aromas and flavours come through once again on the mid-palate. All these elements make this wine very easy to drink. Serve as an aperitif or with light appetizers.

The berries were harvested during the first and second weeks of March. Each variety was harvested separately, avoiding any mixing. Alcoholic fermentation lasts approximately 15 to 17 days at low temperatures (13-14°C). Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is racked on its lees into another stainless-steel vat, where it will remain on the lees for five months to create a smooth mouthfeel. Carignan, Grenache, and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties grow in our vineyards in the Maule Valley, while our Cinsault grapes are produced in a coastal dryland vineyard located 70 km south.
