Calvet Murmure De Rose Cotes De Provence

Light pink with slightly purple shades, clear. Elegant and fine, flavourful, red fruit, recurrent, spices. Palate is ample and fleshy, with a lot of finesse. Perfectly paired with salads, grilled food, red and white meat. Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah.

Available by the case. 6 per case.

Short maceration process (24 to 48 hours) at 15°C. Pressing, racking (with a rotating filter in the best cases), fermentation between 16 and 18°C. Stabilization, wine clarification and conservation in inert atmosphere.
