Chardonnay Pays D’OC Blanc IGP


Pale golden color. First nose is floral, some herbs aromas with orange flower and almonds are melting together. The wine leaves a fresh sensation and we can quickly note that the ripeness of the berries was well managed. This freshness is also the result of the temperature control during fermentation. Acidity is preserved and will make this wine a perfect pairing with seafood.

Serve as an aperitif. Shrimp cooked with garlic and parsley. It will perfectly go as well with a white grilled fish, together with vegetables. Finally, do not hesitate to pair it with chicken, as it is rich enough to be enjoyed with white meat.

Soil composed of clay and limestone. Fermented at a temperature of 18-20°C. Malolactic fermentation takes place for part of the production. Matured in stainless steel. The sunny climate, together with the particular soil of the region, concentrate all the aromas that make this Chardonnay a real pleasure for the palate.
