Pale yellow. Expressive nose with lemony notes and white flowers. Round mouth, vinous, notes of grapefruit and peach. Nice length, pretty tension. Fresh and balanced wine. A sparkling aperitif, often very tar, sometimes aggressive, due to its exuberant effervescence, can be enjoyed fresh, between 7 and 9°C.

After the classic preparation of the base wine, the foam is made in special closed tanks made of metal, developed to withstand the pressure. These tanks have a safety and refrigeration system that allows an optimal control of the yeast activity and the release of gas. When the wine is effervescent, it is transferred to bottles after a final filtration, then the dosage is carried out. Finally, the capping and museletage takes place.
