Tasting Notes

• Medium amber with nuances of gold amber
• NOSE: Mint top note of cardamom, orange and earthiness. Background subtle sweet aniseed with cinnamon layer adding a creaminess to the overall layer.
• TASTE: Sweet aniseed and spicy top note with an astringent mouth feel. Slight bitterness on the palate with a cooling mint finish. Long lasting bitterness with the cardamom engulfing the palate on the finish.
