Strawberry and Basil Mojito

  • Highball Glass
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 oz Angostura® White Rum
  • 1 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters (Aromatic Bitters)
  • Tonic Water (Club Soda)
  • Strawberries (Garnish: Sliced Strawberry and Basil )

How to Make

  1. In a highball glass, muddle 2-3 strawberries with 12-15 basil leaves and simple syrup.

  2. Add rum and frappéed ice and stir well until glass frosts.

  3. Top with Club Soda and Angostura® Aromatic Bitters
