Sting-Ray

  • Coupe Glass
  • Strainer
  • Shaker
  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Speciality Liqueurs (Grand Marnier )
  • 1 Bar Spoon Pineapple Marmalade
  • 1/2 oz Lemon (Juice)
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters (Orange Bitters)
  • Lemon (Garnish: Lemon Twist)

How to Make

  1. Place vodka, egg white and lemon juice into cocktail shaker.

  2. Shake vigorously without ice (dry shake).

  3. Open shaker add all other ingredients with ice, shake well then double strain into chilled coupe glass.

  4. Garnish with Lemon Twist.
