- Coupe Glass
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 3/4 oz Speciality Liqueurs Grand Marnier
- 1 Bar Spoon Pineapple Marmalade
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters Orange Bitters
- Lemon Garnish: Lemon Twist
How to Make
- Place vodka, egg white and lemon juice into cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously without ice (dry shake).
- Open shaker add all other ingredients with ice, shake well then double strain into chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with Lemon Twist.
