Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 handful of Mint
- 1 Egg White
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters Aromatic Bitters
- Mint Garnish: Mint Leaf
Instructions
How to Make
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake to whip egg.
- Add ice and re-shake.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with Mint Leaf
