Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 handful of Mint
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters Aromatic Bitters
  • Mint Garnish: Mint Leaf

How to Make

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake to whip egg.
  • Add ice and re-shake.
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
  • Garnish with Mint Leaf
