Singapore Sling

  • 12 oz Collins
  • Shaker
  • Strainer
  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Cherry Brandy
  • 1/4 oz Speciality Liqueurs (Cointreau )
  • 1/4 oz Speciality Liqueurs (Benedictine )
  • 3 oz Pineapple (Juice)
  • 1/2 oz Lemon (Juice)
  • 1/4 oz Grenadine
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters (Aromatic Bitters)
  • Tonic Water (Club Soda)
  • Pineapple (Garnish: Pineapple Wedge, Orange Slice and Maraschino Cherry)

How to Make

  1. Shake all ingredients (except club soda) in an ice-filled shaker and strain into Collins glass over ice.

  2. Top with club soda, garnish and serve.
