Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Cherry Brandy
- 1/4 oz Speciality Liqueurs Cointreau
- 1/4 oz Speciality Liqueurs Benedictine
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Grenadine
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters Aromatic Bitters
- Tonic Water Club Soda
- Pineapple Garnish: Pineapple Wedge, Orange Slice and Maraschino Cherry
Instructions
How to Make
- Shake all ingredients (except club soda) in an ice-filled shaker and strain into Collins glass over ice.
- Top with club soda, garnish and serve.
