  • 12 oz Collins
  • Shaker
  • Strainer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Cherry Brandy
  • 1/4 oz Speciality Liqueurs Cointreau
  • 1/4 oz Speciality Liqueurs Benedictine
  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 oz Grenadine
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters Aromatic Bitters
  • Tonic Water Club Soda
  • Pineapple Garnish: Pineapple Wedge, Orange Slice and Maraschino Cherry

How to Make

  • Shake all ingredients (except club soda) in an ice-filled shaker and strain into Collins glass over ice.
  • Top with club soda, garnish and serve.
