Singapore Sling
- 12 oz Collins
- Shaker
- Strainer
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Cherry Brandy
- 1/4 oz Speciality Liqueurs (Cointreau )
- 1/4 oz Speciality Liqueurs (Benedictine )
- 3 oz Pineapple (Juice)
- 1/2 oz Lemon (Juice)
- 1/4 oz Grenadine
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters (Aromatic Bitters)
- Tonic Water (Club Soda)
- Pineapple (Garnish: Pineapple Wedge, Orange Slice and Maraschino Cherry)
How to Make
Shake all ingredients (except club soda) in an ice-filled shaker and strain into Collins glass over ice.
Top with club soda, garnish and serve.
