Ingredients
- 1 bottle Cognac 750ml
- 1 bottle Speciality Liqueurs 750ml Fino Sherry
- 1 bottle Sauternes 750ml
- 3 bottles Champagne 750ml
- 5-6 dashes Angostura Bitters Orange Bitters
- Pineapple Ice Cubes
Instructions
Pineapple Ice Cubes
- Juice fresh pineapple
- Pour into ice tray
- Freeze overnight to form ice cubes
Punch Bowl
- Combine all ingredients into punch bowl and stir well
- Add pineapple ice cubes
- Ladle into punch glasses
