  • Punch Glass
  • Ladle

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle Cognac 750ml
  • 1 bottle Speciality Liqueurs 750ml Fino Sherry
  • 1 bottle Sauternes 750ml
  • 3 bottles Champagne 750ml
  • 5-6 dashes Angostura Bitters Orange Bitters
  • Pineapple Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

Pineapple Ice Cubes

  • Juice fresh pineapple
  • Pour into ice tray
  • Freeze overnight to form ice cubes

Punch Bowl

  • Combine all ingredients into punch bowl and stir well
  • Add pineapple ice cubes
  • Ladle into punch glasses
