Light Guard Punch

  • Punch Bowl
  • Punch Glass
  • Ladle
  • Ice Tray
  • 1 bottle Cognac (750ml)
  • 1 bottle Speciality Liqueurs (750ml Fino Sherry)
  • 1 bottle Sauternes (750ml)
  • 3 bottles Champagne (750ml)
  • 5-6 dashes Angostura Bitters (Orange Bitters)
  • Pineapple Ice Cubes

Pineapple Ice Cubes

  1. Juice fresh pineapple

  2. Pour into ice tray

  3. Freeze overnight to form ice cubes

Punch Bowl

  1. Combine all ingredients into punch bowl and stir well

  2. Add pineapple ice cubes

  3. Ladle into punch glasses
