Ingredients
- 8 Mint Leaves
- ½ oz Brown Sugar Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Honey Honey Syrup (3:1)
- 2 oz Gin
- 10 dashes Angostura Bitters Orange

- Build ingredients in highball glass
- Muddle mint
- Add crushed ice and swizzle
- Top with bitters and mint sprig
