Ingredients
  

  • 8 Mint Leaves
  • ½ oz Brown Sugar Syrup
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • ¾ oz Honey Honey Syrup (3:1)
  • 2 oz Gin
  • 10 dashes Angostura Bitters Orange

Instructions
 

  • Build ingredients in highball glass
  • Muddle mint
  • Add crushed ice and swizzle
  • Top with bitters and mint sprig
