  • 12 oz Collins
  • Fine Mesh Strainer


  • 1 1/2 oz Rum Angostura® 7-Year Dark Rum
  • 3/4 oz Speciality Liqueurs Velvet Falernum
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 oz Speciality Liqueurs Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz Ginger Ginger Beer
  • 5v dashes Angostura Bitters Aromatic Bitters
  • Lime Garnish: Lime Wheel Wrapped Around a Brandied Cherry


How to Make

  • Add rum, Falernum, lime juice, and maraschino liqueur into mixing tin.
  • Add ice, shake briefly and strain into Collins glass.
  • Add ginger beer, fill with crushed ice, swizzle and dash bitters to float on top.
  • Garnish and serve.
