Five Island Fizz

  • 12 oz Collins
  • Fine Mesh Strainer
  • 1 1/2 oz Rum (Angostura® 7-Year Dark Rum )
  • 3/4 oz Speciality Liqueurs (Velvet Falernum )
  • 1/2 oz Lemon (Juice)
  • 1/4 oz Speciality Liqueurs (Maraschino Liqueur )
  • 1 1/2 oz Ginger (Ginger Beer)
  • 5v dashes Angostura Bitters (Aromatic Bitters)
  • Lime (Garnish: Lime Wheel Wrapped Around a Brandied Cherry)

How to Make

  1. Add rum, Falernum, lime juice, and maraschino liqueur into mixing tin.

  2. Add ice, shake briefly and strain into Collins glass.

  3. Add ginger beer, fill with crushed ice, swizzle and dash bitters to float on top.

  4. Garnish and serve.
