Eggnog
- Shaking Tin
- Grater
- Irish Coffee Mug
- Fine Mesh Strainer
- Bar Spoon
- 1½ oz Rum (Angostura 7-Year)
- ¼ oz Angostura Bitters (Aromatic)
- 4 oz Eggnog
- ¼ oz Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- Cinnamon (Freshly Grated)
Chill all ingredients
Combine all ingredients without ice in a shaking tin and shake to fluff the liquids
Add ice and shake for about 3 seconds
Strain into an irish coffee mug
Grate cinnamon over cocktail
