Eggnog

  • Shaking Tin
  • Grater
  • Irish Coffee Mug
  • Fine Mesh Strainer
  • Bar Spoon
  • 1½ oz Rum (Angostura 7-Year)
  • ¼ oz Angostura Bitters (Aromatic)
  • 4 oz Eggnog
  • ¼ oz Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Simple Syrup
  • Cinnamon (Freshly Grated)
  1. Chill all ingredients

  2. Combine all ingredients without ice in a shaking tin and shake to fluff the liquids

  3. Add ice and shake for about 3 seconds

  4. Strain into an irish coffee mug

  5. Grate cinnamon over cocktail
