Ingredients
- 1 oz Rum Angostura White Oak
- ¼ oz Angostura Bitters Aromatic Bitters
- ½ oz Benedictine
- ¾ oz Speciality Liqueurs Cherry Heering
- ¼ oz Demarara Syrup
- 1 Whole Egg
- Expressed Orange Peel
- Brandied Cherry
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a shaking tin and dry shake to whip and emulsify
- Re-shake with ice
- Double strain into small rock glasses with no ice
- Express an orange swath and discard
- Garnish with brandied cherry
