Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Rum Angostura White Oak
  • ¼ oz Angostura Bitters Aromatic Bitters
  • ½ oz Benedictine
  • ¾ oz Speciality Liqueurs Cherry Heering
  • ¼ oz Demarara Syrup
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • Expressed Orange Peel
  • Brandied Cherry

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients in a shaking tin and dry shake to whip and emulsify
  • Re-shake with ice
  • Double strain into small rock glasses with no ice
  • Express an orange swath and discard
  • Garnish with brandied cherry
