  • Shaking Tin
  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Fine Mesh Strainer
  • Rocks Glass
  • 1 oz Rum (Angostura White Oak)
  • ¼ oz Angostura Bitters (Aromatic Bitters)
  • ½ oz Benedictine
  • ¾ oz Speciality Liqueurs (Cherry Heering)
  • ¼ oz Demarara Syrup
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • Expressed Orange Peel
  • Brandied Cherry
  1. Combine ingredients in a shaking tin and dry shake to whip and emulsify

  2. Re-shake with ice

  3. Double strain into small rock glasses with no ice

  4. Express an orange swath and discard

  5. Garnish with brandied cherry
