Cloak & Dagger
- Shaking Tin
- Fine Mesh Strainer
- Old Fashioned Glass
- 2 oz Rum (Angostura White)
- 1 oz Lemon (Juice)
- 1 oz Non-Alcoholic (Agave Nectar)
- 1 Egg White
- Cinnamon Powder
- 5 drops Angostura Bitters (Aromatic)
Add rum, agave nectar, lemon juice and egg white(room temperature) into shaking tin and dry shake
Add ice and shake well again
Strain into old fashioned glass
Float bitters on top and dust with cinnamon powder
