- Shaking Tin
- Fine Mesh Strainer
- Old Fashioned Glass
Ingredients
- 2 oz Rum Angostura White
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Non-Alcoholic Agave Nectar
- 1 Egg White
- Cinnamon Powder
- 5 drops Angostura Bitters Aromatic
Instructions
- Add rum, agave nectar, lemon juice and egg white(room temperature) into shaking tin and dry shake
- Add ice and shake well again
- Strain into old fashioned glass
- Float bitters on top and dust with cinnamon powder
