Ingredients
- ¾ oz Rum Angostura White
- ¾ oz Angostura Bitters Aromatic
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Macademia Orgeat Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- Lime Zest
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in an empty shaker tin
- Shake hard for 1 or 2 minutes until egg white is fully emulsified
- Place ice in shaker tin and shake until shaker tin gets frosty
- Double strain into white wine glass
