Bolivar Sour

  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Fine Mesh Strainer
  • White Wine Glass
  • Shaking Tin
  • ¾ oz Rum (Angostura White)
  • ¾ oz Angostura Bitters (Aromatic)
  • 1 oz Lime (Juice)
  • 1 oz Macademia Orgeat Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Lime Zest
  1. Place all ingredients in an empty shaker tin

  2. Shake hard for 1 or 2 minutes until egg white is fully emulsified

  3. Place ice in shaker tin and shake until shaker tin gets frosty

  4. Double strain into white wine glass
