Bittered Pineapple

- Highball Glass
- Swizzle Stick
- 2 oz Pineapple (juice)
- ½ oz Speciality Liqueurs (Green Chartreuse)
- ¾ oz Gin
- ½ oz Lime (juice)
- ¼ oz Angostura Bitters (Aromatic)
Combine pineapple juice, green chartreuse, gin and lime juice in a highball glass
Fill with crushed ice and swizzle
Repack with crushed ice and top with bitters
