Bittered Pineapple

  • Highball Glass
  • Swizzle Stick
  • 2 oz Pineapple (juice)
  • ½ oz Speciality Liqueurs (Green Chartreuse)
  • ¾ oz Gin
  • ½ oz Lime (juice)
  • ¼ oz Angostura Bitters (Aromatic)
  1. Combine pineapple juice, green chartreuse, gin and lime juice in a highball glass

  2. Fill with crushed ice and swizzle

  3. Repack with crushed ice and top with bitters
