  • 2 oz White Peach Purée
  • 1/2 oz Speciality Liqueurs Peach Schnapps or Peach Liqueur
  • 4 oz Sparkling Wine Prosecco or Dry Sparkling Wine (chilled)
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters Orange Bitters
  • Orange Garnish: Peach Sliver or Orange Spiral


How to Make

  • Place peach purée at bottom of a mixing glass; add orange bitters and pour in chilled Prosecco wine.
  • Gently bruise purée with the back of a bar spoon, pulling the peach purée through the Prosecco to incorporate.
  • Strain into a chilled champagne flute then float peach schnapps/liqueur on top and stir gently.
