Ingredients
- 2 oz White Peach Purée
- 1/2 oz Speciality Liqueurs Peach Schnapps or Peach Liqueur
- 4 oz Sparkling Wine Prosecco or Dry Sparkling Wine (chilled)
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters Orange Bitters
- Orange Garnish: Peach Sliver or Orange Spiral
Instructions
How to Make
- Place peach purée at bottom of a mixing glass; add orange bitters and pour in chilled Prosecco wine.
- Gently bruise purée with the back of a bar spoon, pulling the peach purée through the Prosecco to incorporate.
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute then float peach schnapps/liqueur on top and stir gently.
