Braeburn Park

  • Highball Glass
  • Shaking Tin
  • Fine Mesh Strainer
  • Barspoon
  • ¼ oz Speciality Liqueurs (Velvet Falernum)
  • 1¾ oz Laird's Apple Brandy
  • ½ oz Angostura Fig Syrup
  • 1 oz Non-Alcoholic (Apple Cider)
  • ½ oz Lemon (Juice)
  • 3 Apple Slices

Angostura Fig Syrup

  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 oz Angostura Bitters (Aromatic)
  • 4 oz Fig Jam

Angostura Fig Syrup

  1. Combine 4 oz fig jam to 1 oz Angostura Aromatic Bitters and a heaping barspoon of sugar

  2. Heat to incorporate

Cocktail

  1. Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker tin and shake vigorously

  2. Strain into ice-filled highball glass

  3. Garnish with apple slices
