Ingredients
- ¼ oz Speciality Liqueurs Velvet Falernum
- 1¾ oz Laird's Apple Brandy
- ½ oz Angostura Fig Syrup
- 1 oz Non-Alcoholic Apple Cider
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- 3 Apple Slices
Angostura Fig Syrup
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 oz Angostura Bitters Aromatic
- 4 oz Fig Jam
Instructions
Angostura Fig Syrup
- Combine 4 oz fig jam to 1 oz Angostura Aromatic Bitters and a heaping barspoon of sugar
- Heat to incorporate
Cocktail
- Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker tin and shake vigorously
- Strain into ice-filled highball glass
- Garnish with apple slices
