  • ¼ oz Speciality Liqueurs Velvet Falernum
  • oz Laird's Apple Brandy
  • ½ oz Angostura Fig Syrup
  • 1 oz Non-Alcoholic Apple Cider
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
  • 3 Apple Slices

Angostura Fig Syrup

  • Combine 4 oz fig jam to 1 oz Angostura Aromatic Bitters and a heaping barspoon of sugar
  • Heat to incorporate


  • Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker tin and shake vigorously
  • Strain into ice-filled highball glass
  • Garnish with apple slices
