- ¼ oz Speciality Liqueurs (Velvet Falernum)
- 1¾ oz Laird's Apple Brandy
- ½ oz Angostura Fig Syrup
- 1 oz Non-Alcoholic (Apple Cider)
- ½ oz Lemon (Juice)
- 3 Apple Slices
Angostura Fig Syrup
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 oz Angostura Bitters (Aromatic)
- 4 oz Fig Jam
Angostura Fig Syrup
Combine 4 oz fig jam to 1 oz Angostura Aromatic Bitters and a heaping barspoon of sugar
Heat to incorporate
Cocktail
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker tin and shake vigorously
Strain into ice-filled highball glass
Garnish with apple slices
