Apple and Ginger Mojito

  • Highball Glass
  • 1 3/4 oz Rum ( Angostura® 5-Year Gold Rum )
  • Mint (10 mint leaves)
  • 1/2 oz Lime (Juice)
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Apple Juice
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters (Aromatic Bitters )
  • Ginger beer
  • Mint (Mint Sprig and Apple Fan)

How to Make

  1. Place all ingredients (except for the ginger beer and apple juice) in a highball glass.

  2. Muddle mint gently to extract flavour.

  3. Add the apple juice and some crushed ice.

  4. Gently stir the drink and top up with ginger beer and Angostura® Aromatic Bitters.

  5. Garnish with Mint Sprig and Apple Fan
