Ingredients
- 1 oz Angostura Bitters Aromatic Bitters
- 1 oz Lemon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Demerara Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Instructions
Demerara Syrup
- Combine 1 part Demerara sugar with 1 part hot water
- Stir until fully dissolved
The Cocktail
- Place all ingredients in an empty shaker tin
- Shake hard for one to two minutes until the egg white is fully emulsified
- Strain into ice-filled sour glass
- Place ice in the shaker tin and shake vigorously until shaker tin frosts
- Double strain into a chilled sour or coupe glass
